Includes planning assistance and coordination of the entire event, including the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and the reception.

Package Includes:

· Attendance and coordination of Rehearsal, Wedding, and Reception

· Unlimited hours planning including meetings, phone, and email

· Organization of the Processional and Recessional

· Working with the photographer for formal portraits, including developing a checklist for portraits

· Creation of an itinerary for the vendors, the wedding photographer, wedding participants and the family

· Helping the attendants and family members with their duties

· Addressing any questions or problems that may occur during the event

· Coordination of decorating and set up of the Reception Site

· Confirmation of details with vendors you have selected

· Creation of an itinerary for the reception

· Personalized emergency kit

· 4 hours of flex time where we will be available to help with errands, favor assembly, decorating, or whatever else you may need.
